The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is set to declare the CA May 2025 Foundation, Intermediate, and Final Results today, July 6, 2025. The results of Inter and Final courses will be declared at around 2 pm, while the result of Foundation Course will be made available after 5 pm today.

Candidates will be able to check their results on the official websites at icai.nic.in, icaiexam.icai.org, and caresults.icai.org. They will need to enter their registration number, roll number, and password. A merit list will also be published along with the CA exam results for each programme.

To qualify in a particular group or level of the CA May 2025 exam, candidates must secure at least 40% marks in each individual subject. They must also achieve a minimum aggregate score of 50% across all subjects in that group or level. In addition, students who score more than 70% in total will be considered to have passed with the merit of “Distinction”.
